Technology Enhancement of Living Environment-Health (TELE-Health)

Through funding from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), LCHI is assisting the College of Nursing & Allied Health Professions (CONAHP) to provide COVID-19 Telehealth services.  The goals would be to:

(1) Establish and incorporate a telemedicine service for the employees, faculty, and students at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette,

(2) Ensure improved health outcomes of employees, faculty, and students who test positive for COVID-19 through daily remote monitoring via telemedicine services; and

(3) Minimize risk of COVID-19 exposure and improve overall health outcomes for employees, faculty, and students by providing acute and primary care services via telemedicine.
