Dr. Gaurav Raikhy is the Biotech Operations Manager at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he leads initiatives in biomanufacturing, bioinnovation, and workforce development. With expertise in molecular biology, virology, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems, he focuses on advancing the biotechnology sector by developing biomanufacturing and bioinnovation centers while addressing workforce needs in biotech and health-related diagnostics industries.

With over 15 years of experience in academia and industry, he has held leadership roles in quality control, regulatory compliance, advanced manufacturing, and clinical diagnostics at global organizations. He holds a PhD in Microbiology and has contributed significantly to molecular biology, virology, bioinformatics, and diagnostics.
